Name, personal ID code and the association's registry code. We check the chair in the Business Register.

An e-Kinnistusraamat extract, the board, voting rules, meters. Flats and owners appear automatically.

Mobile-ID and ID card work too. Everyone sees their flat, invoices and votes straight away.

FAQ
The essentials
Do residents have to install anything?
No. KUbot opens in the browser on a phone or computer.
How do you calculate the price?
By the number of flats: €0.50 per flat per month, however many people live in it. A 100-flat building pays €50 a month. This price is for those who join by the end of 2026, and you keep it until 31 December 2027.
What happens to our data?
Data is stored in the European Union. Log in with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or an ID card — no passwords needed or stored.
We already use another system
Start alongside the old one: flats and owners come from the land register extract, residents log in with Smart-ID. Switch the old system off when you're ready.
Who is responsible for what the bot decides?
A human. KUbot sends nothing on its own: it shows the ready action as a card and the chair confirms it.
